Overview

Santro is a small, affordable car that has any sense, the Xing is an excellent set of well-equipped car, superior technology, roomy interior and the stamp of reliability. As expected, the facelift Hyundai Santro launched on 1 September 2009, but this is not a major facelift. You need a trained eye to spot the difference.

Interior and Design

The flagship style is also followed by the rear diffusers with the very fashionable multifaceted with clear polycarbonate covers, also the LED brake light is placed on the center wing boot. The interior of the Santro Xing is more spacious than it seems, with plenty of head room and legroom. Great seats are comfortable compared to other vehicles in its class and covered with a substance very pleasant instead of vinyl.

Engine and suspension

New Santro Xing is still powered by the 1.1 familiar eRLX Epsilon 62 miles 5500rpm engine develops maximum power and 98 Nm at 3000rpm and maximum torque and as a proven fuel economy, durability and energy efficiency.

The coupling of the vehicle is light and the gearshift is positive and very responsive. On flat, horizontal surface of the Santro Xing can go up to 145 kph on the speedometer quite easily even with the air above.

The car is powered by a suspension MacPherson strut front with a torsion beam rear wheels H. The car is equipped with ventilated disc brakes front and drum brakes for rear wheels. Even without anti-lock braking of the car manages to stop smoothly.

Security and Shades

Hyundai has also masterfully designed in several passive safety devices. These include vertical and lateral deformation zones, the positioning of side impact bars in doors and also crosses under the dashboard. The roof, instead of driving down is designed for display.
